Lard Sculptures

“Spring has sprung”, so it must be Lard Sculpture time. Today marks the second year that Enver Creek secondary has hosted this annual event. The first nineteen competitions were held at Frank Hurt Secondary under the auspices of Chef Wolf von Oelffen. Chef Wolf has now made it official; he is retiring this June after a long and prestigious career as an industry Chef and a Chef Instructor. He has agreed to continue as the Co-chair of this event with Terry Larsen the Chef at Enver Creek.
